Loveology

Loveology is a small-group experience for high school students, discussing the vital topics of sexuality, marriage, romance, sexual addiction, etc. all from a biblical perspective. Students will be encouraged to ask questions, ponder critically the hyper-sexualized culture we live in, and discover God’s best design for sexuality.

The curriculum is based on the book Loveology by John Mark Comer, who is a pastor in Portland. Loveology Groups will have 8 sessions throughout the spring, beginning February 10th, and will meet on Sundays after High School service from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm on the assigned dates.

Loveology Group meeting dates are as follows: February 10th, February 24th, March 10th, March 31st, April 14th, April 28th, May 5th, and May 19th.

In order to best build small-group communities of trust, groups will not be mixed genders. Additionally, we are asking for a high attendance commitment for Loveology Groups, with no more than two absences permitted in order to facilitate a safe and trustworthy experience for each student. We would love for you to be a part of this experience! If you have further questions, please email Pastor Hayden at hcrook@b4church.org.
